What is WebAccez?

WebAccez is website accessibility monitoring software for teams and agencies. It scans reachable website pages for automated WCAG accessibility findings, explains issues in plain English, and helps teams track fixes and compare scans over time.

Who is it for?

WebAccez is for people who build and maintain websites: site owners, developers, in-house teams, and agencies managing client websites.

Use it to collect findings, coordinate repairs, and check changes over time. Your team makes the fixes in your website and combines scan results with manual review.

How does WebAccez fit into the work?

What are the plans and limits?

All prices below are in USD. Monthly prices are billed monthly. Annual prices are the full amount billed yearly. Every plan includes weekly scans, email alerts, issue tracking, scan comparison, CSV exports, and printable reports that can be saved as PDF.

Team-member limits include outstanding invitations. Page limits are caps, not a promise that every page can be reached. Check the coverage of each completed scan.

An extra site costs $25 / month or $250 / year, billed with your plan. It adds one site slot; the plan's per-site page and team-member limits still apply.

What does the free sample include?

The free report scans up to 5 pages and includes a score, severity counts, and up to 5 top issue groups with fix guidance. It is a sample, not the full paid report or ongoing monitoring. One free scan per email and per website/IP combination is available within 30 days; free reports are kept for 30 days.

What can automated testing tell you?

Automated checks find only some accessibility barriers on the pages and states the scanner reaches. Manual testing is still needed for keyboard journeys, screen-reader use, content meaning, and other interactions. Blocked, failed, or unvisited pages cannot verify a fix. WebAccez does not certify WCAG conformance or legal compliance, and it does not automatically change your website.

A scan score describes automated findings within that scan's coverage. A clean score is not proof that a website is fully accessible.
