# WebAccez > WebAccez is website accessibility monitoring software for teams and agencies. It scans reachable website pages for automated WCAG accessibility findings, explains issues in plain English, and helps teams track fixes and compare scans over time. WebAccez is for people who build and maintain websites: site owners, developers, in-house teams, and agencies managing client websites. ## Product and workflows - [Product overview](https://webaccez.com/product): Definition, audience, workflows, plans, support, and limitations. - Scan and prioritize: Add a website, run a browser-based scan, and review findings by severity, page, and affected element. Findings include plain-English guidance and links to the relevant rules. - Track the work: Invite your team, assign issues, record work status, and keep notes. A work status records the team's decision; a later completed scan is needed to verify whether the issue is resolved or has returned. - Monitor and compare: Use weekly scheduled scans and email alerts, adjust per-site schedules, or start a scan manually. Compare scans to investigate new, resolved, and recurring findings, while checking coverage before drawing conclusions. - Share findings: Export issues as CSV and use the printable report to save a PDF. Agency workspaces can organize clients, apply report branding, and invite clients to a portal showing only their assigned sites. Client weekly summaries require agency opt-in and accepted client access. ## Plans (USD) Source: [Plans and limits](https://webaccez.com/product#plans). Monthly prices are billed monthly; annual prices are the full amount billed yearly. - [WebAccez Starter](https://webaccez.com/product#starter): $49 / month or $490 / year; 1 site; Up to 100 pages per site; 3 team members. Weekly scans and email alerts are included. - [WebAccez Growth](https://webaccez.com/product#growth): $149 / month or $1490 / year; 5 sites; Up to 500 pages per site; 10 team members. Weekly scans and email alerts are included. - [WebAccez Agency](https://webaccez.com/product#agency): $299 / month or $2990 / year; 20 sites; Up to 500 pages per site; 25 team members. Weekly scans and email alerts are included. An extra site costs $25 / month or $250 / year, billed with your plan. It adds one site slot; the plan's per-site page and team-member limits still apply. Team-member limits include outstanding invitations. Page limits are caps, not a promise that every page can be reached. ## Free sample The free report scans up to 5 pages and includes a score, severity counts, and up to 5 top issue groups with fix guidance. It is a sample, not the full paid report or ongoing monitoring. One free scan per email and per website/IP combination is available within 30 days; free reports are kept for 30 days. - [Free sample details](https://webaccez.com/product#free-sample) - [Try the free scan](https://webaccez.com/#free-scan) ## Scope and support Automated checks find only some accessibility barriers on the pages and states the scanner reaches. Manual testing is still needed for keyboard journeys, screen-reader use, content meaning, and other interactions. Blocked, failed, or unvisited pages cannot verify a fix. WebAccez does not certify WCAG conformance or legal compliance, and it does not automatically change your website. Check focus order, dialogs and recovery, then record manual results alongside automated findings. - [Accessibility statement](https://webaccez.com/accessibility-statement) - [Privacy](https://webaccez.com/privacy) - [Terms](https://webaccez.com/terms) ## About this summary This optional summary has no proven ranking effect and does not guarantee indexing, AI citations, or recommendations.
